What you'll do

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Utilize knife skills to chop, slice, and dice various ingredients efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by following food handling protocols.
  • Support chefs during service by preparing dishes according to established recipes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and exceptional service.
  • Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and assisting with restocking as needed.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Culinary experience or training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with catering services and large-scale meal preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
