This premier US and international law firm have a number of excellent opportunities for further junior, mid- and senior-level Associates to join their busy and thriving UK Banking / Leveraged Finance team in London. Their pre-eminent and market leading practice acts for a stellar client-list of financial sponsors and corporates on some of the largest, most complex and innovative cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings across all tiers of the capital structure (incl. syndicated senior and second lien facilities, unitranche / private credit facilities, ABL facilities, Holdco PIK and fund financings). In addition to leveraged financings, a substantial part of the group's practice comprises infrastructure and real estate financings, restructurings and asset-backed financings, ensuring varied and interesting exposure to a range of top-level international deals. The team works closely with their leading financing colleagues in other international offices, particularly in the US, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore, with close integration across offices being key to their exceptional international client service. The team also works regularly alongside the firm's pre-eminent high yield practice (incl. on bank bridges to HY exits and SSRCFs sitting alongside HYBs) with their associates quickly becoming very knowledgeable about high yield financing structures and techniques (and their influence on the terms of European financings).
