About Us

AirPark Adventure is Glasgow's leading indoor inflatable park and family entertainment centre, home to huge inflatables, a vibrant café, arcade area, and private party zones. We're a fast-growing business with a focus on providing safe, fun, and memorable experiences for families, schools, and community groups.

We're now looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to join our leadership team, helping maintain smooth daily operations and a positive team culture.

Job Overview

As a Supervisor, you'll act as the key link between floor staff and management — supporting the Site Manager to ensure all areas of the park run efficiently and to a high standard. You'll motivate and guide staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure great customer experiences every day.

Operational duties will vary depending on what is delegated from the Site Manager, so adaptability and initiative are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Support

  • Supervise, motivate, and support floor and café staff throughout shifts.
  • Allocate and adjust staff duties to ensure efficient coverage.
  • Lead staff briefings and promote teamwork and communication.
  • Support staff training and development as directed by the Site Manager.

Operational Duties

  • Complete and oversee all daily opening and closing checks (inflatables, café, arcade, safety equipment, etc.).
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
  • Respond professionally to incidents, injuries, or maintenance issues.
  • Assist with reporting and documentation, including incident forms and shift reports.
  • Carry out delegated operational or administrative tasks as directed by the Site Manager.

Customer Service & Safety

  • Ensure every customer receives excellent service and a fun, safe experience.
  • Handle customer questions or complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Monitor park safety and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and safeguarding standards.
  • Report issues or risks to the Site Manager promptly.
  • Assist in ensuring all equipment and facilities meet operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience (hospitality, leisure, or retail ideal).
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to make quick decisions.
  • Flexible and willing to work weekends and busy periods.
  • First Aid or Food Hygiene certificates (preferred, not essential)

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
