We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Retail Supervisor to join our site on St James Road, Glasgow G4 0PS.

The role involves:

  • Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

  • Securing and exceeding store sales

  • Training and developing the team through feedback

  • Scheduling according to operational needs

  • Building strong customer relationships to continue growth

  • Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

  • Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

- Managing and replenishing stock within the store while upholding high standards of visual merchandising.
