RaceTrack is an ambitious and reputable Petrol Station Retailer with stores situated in various locations throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships. Our ultimate goals are to always ensure our customers are provided with a world class shopping experience and to continue to grow at an exceptional rate.
We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Retail Supervisor to join our Autoport.
The role involves:
Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times
Securing and exceeding store sales
Training and developing the team through feedback
Scheduling according to operational needs
Building strong customer relationships to continue growth
Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
