Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Sleaford. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, creating promotional campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also includes managing customer communications to ensure satisfaction and enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy development to identify trends and plan campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience in sales and delivering exceptional customer service to support business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Creativity and analytical skills, with an understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the leisure or hot tub/spa industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
