You will be an experienced recruiter with the ability to recruit to high volume roles, as well as senior and niche vacancies. You will deliver the most appropriate resourcing solution, whether it is through direct sourcing, using social media, headhunting or utilising other ways of attracting the best possible talent. Alongside this, your experience of running job fairs and selection events will help optimise the selection of diverse talent that will bring sustained value to our business

The role is fast paced and you must be organised and able to prioritise incoming work whilst working alongside your peers at busy times. With an eye on the latest trends in the recruitment market, you will be able to come up with innovative solutions and drive Jasmine Health Care objectives.

For at least three days a week, you’ll be based out of our fantastic office at Sleaford, collaborating with and building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. In our hybrid working environment, you can also expect to balance this with time spent working remotely every week.

- At least two years’ experience of recruitment
- Experience of sourcing significant numbers of applicants
- Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
- Good computer literacy, including use of outlook, word and some excel skills
- Excellent oral communication skills, including telephone skills
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

**Objectives of the Role**

The specific objectives of the role are currently as follows:

- Recruitment - Ensure all Care homes are fully staffed at all times (100% achieved) or achievement determined on a sliding scale of between 10-20 new starters a month
- Minimise Staff turnover - By only recruiting team members totally on values.
- Diplomas in Care over 60% - Prioritise recruiting team members with one of these qualifications or equivalent.

- Mon-Fri
- 37.5 Hours per week
