About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that spark curiosity and nurture learning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure each learner reaches their full potential.
- Take part in whole-school events, enrichment activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A SEND-related qualification is desirable.
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is ideal - though teachers from mainstream settings with a passion for SEND are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent classroom management skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and innovative teaching.
