Rising Hope Education is working in partnership with two inclusive and forward-thinking mainstream primary schools in Islington. Both schools are committed to delivering exceptional SEND provision, and we are now seeking passionate, skilled, and dedicated professionals to join their teams.

We Are Recruiting For
An experienced SEN Teacher to deliver tailored learning for pupils with complex needs, working alongside another class teacher to plan and deliver engaging sessions.

A skilled SEN TA or HLTA to provide targeted support across both a specialist provision and the mainstream setting.

These are flexible, rewarding roles designed to strengthen SEND support across the schools. You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, primarily Autism, including some pupils who are non-verbal or working at pre-formal and formal levels of learning. Behaviour across both settings is extremely well managed, and the schools are recognised for their nurturing, inclusive ethos.

The roles include a split timetable, offering variety and professional development:

In one school: Morning support within the complex needs unit, followed by 1:1 and 2:1 support within a Reception class in the afternoon. xlqdzyr

In the other school: A balance of SEND intervention and in-class support, working closely with another teacher to deliver focused learning sessions.

Planning may be incorporated into the role depending on your level of experience and expertise, making this a particularly attractive opportunity for those seeking a step up in responsibility and pay.

If you are passionate about inclusive education, have strong SEND knowledge, and want to be part of two exceptional teams that truly value their staff, we would love to hear from you.
