We are on the lookout for a
Senior Cluster Community Manager
to join our vibrant Rapport team in
Paddington
. You will lead a talented group of Community Managers and Coordinators, creating spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and valued. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with action, guiding your team to deliver seamless operations, genuine hospitality, and experiences that truly stand out.
You will take the lead on engagement initiatives, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and champion a culture of teamwork, creativity, and excellence that embodies our brand values. Working alongside a dynamic mix of Community Managers, Coordinators, Hosts, and an Events Manager, you will bring people together and make every day feel like something special.

Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM).

Main Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating, coaching, and developing team members to achieve both individual and organisational goals.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across all processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and the highest operational standards.
- Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional service, satisfaction, and loyalty at every point of interaction.
- Community Building & Engagement Events: Plan and execute impactful community initiatives and events that strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Financial & Performance Management: Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking to support sustainable business growth.
- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures: Regularly review financial performance to ensure budgets are adhered to, targets are met, and cost efficiencies are maximised.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement plans: Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and execute targeted strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive shared success.
