Position: Front of House Receptionist

Location: Monument, London

Salary: £31,827 per annum

Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week 9:30am-6pm Monday to Thursday / 9:30-5:30 Friday

Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, dedicated to supporting corporate office occupiers in creating exceptional workplace experiences for their staff and customers.

Our Anabas Welcome division is currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious clients in the Monument area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner
  • Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the clients business
  • Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and visitor and meeting room scheduling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Preparing space for client meetings
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the client floor is at a high standard
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distributing mail efficiently

  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high-end clientele
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks
