About G2 - Our People

At G2, we have big goals, but we stay grounded in our PEAK (Performance + Entrepreneurship + Authenticity + Kindness) values. You'll be part of a value-driven, growing global community that climbs PEAKs together. We cheer for each other's successes, learn from our mistakes, and support and lean on one another during challenging times. With ambition and entrepreneurial spirit we push each other to take on challenging work, which will help us all to grow and learn.

You will be part of a global, diverse team of smart, dedicated, and kind individuals - each with unique talents, aspirations, and life experiences. At the heart of our community and culture are our people-led ERGs, which celebrate and highlight the diverse identities of our global team. As an organization, we are intentional about our DEI and philanthropic work (like our G2 Gives program) because it encourages us all to be better people.

About The Role

As a Product Growth Manager, you will be embedded in our London-based AI Lab and driving global go-to-market execution across product, sales, and marketing for our newest product ideas. You won't just run campaigns; you'll be responsible for building, testing, and scaling the motions that bring our AI products to market worldwide at lightning speed. From rapid experiments and sales pilots to creating self-service funnels, you'll roll up your sleeves to make ideas real and accelerate adoption. Strong communication and collaboration with the lab and cross-functional teams will be essential to your success.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Design and execute rapid experiments globally to test product positioning, customer channels, and growth levers that validate demand.

  • Build and launch scrappy solutions (landing pages, workflows, lightweight tools) using no-code/low-code platforms or coding to move at startup speed.

  • Measure and iterate quickly on experiments, scaling the most effective tactics into repeatable GTM motions across regions.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape how AI products are packaged, positioned, and delivered for maximum adoption across global markets.

  • Translate customer insights into product feedback, ensuring that international market learnings influence roadmap priorities.

  • Partner with sales teams worldwide to craft pitches, pilots, and collateral that resonate across diverse customer segments.

  • Develop pilot programs in different markets that validate product-market fit and generate early wins.

  • Design lightweight onboarding, checkout, and trial experiences that empower customers to adopt independently, regardless of geography.

  • Build and optimize self-service flows that scale globally, prioritizing PLG motions while strategically layering in regional sales support.

Minimum Qualifications:

We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times. Even if you don't check all the boxes in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.

  •  5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid SaaS/startup role.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end experiments that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate insights, positioning, and results across technical and business audiences.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales teams to bring offerings to market globally.

  • Comfort with no-code/low-code tools, analytics, and (bonus) some coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

  • Demonstrated success thriving in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, ideally as part of an early-stage or founding team.

What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:
  • Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS growth marketing or early-stage product launches.

  • Familiarity with PLG motions and self-service funnel design at scale.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms, analytics, and growth experimentation frameworks.

  • Technical literacy - the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers or prototype independently.

  • Passion for AI products and how they reshape industries.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Diversity

At G2, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment where people of every background can thrive and feel welcome. We consider applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, genetic information, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, or marital, veteran, or physical or mental disability status.
