The Role

You'll take full ownership of the kitchen – from leading and training the team, managing stock and GP, to ensuring every plate leaving the pass meets our high standards. This is a hands-on position suited to a chef with creativity, leadership, and a passion for modern brunch cuisine.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen

· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

· Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management

· A flair for creating fresh, seasonal dishes with style and consistency

· The ability to manage costs, ordering, and rotas efficiently
