We are recruiting a senior-level Regional Security leader to drive security operations across one of the most strategically complex and geopolitically dynamic regions in the world, Europe, and its eastern neighbours.

This global leader is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Security Manager to oversee all aspects of security across a complex, high-risk region spanning Western and Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Turkey. This pivotal role is part of a high-impact global function that integrates geopolitical insight, threat intelligence, and crisis response across all business units.

As the senior security authority for the region, you will lead a geographically dispersed team, deliver expert risk management and security solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders operating in challenging geopolitical environments. You'll also contribute to global security strategy, engage in cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the future of enterprise-wide security.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of security professionals across a strategically vital and complex region
  • Deliver consistent, risk-based security strategies across multiple businesses and jurisdictions
  • Maintain visibility of security risk using advanced proprietary tools and ensure timely mitigation
  • Advise senior stakeholders on political and security developments and their business impact
  • Oversee security planning for projects, crises, and business continuity across all regional assets
  • Ensure compliance with international security standards and human rights principles
  • Collaborate across global teams in intelligence, legal, audit, digital security, and external affairs
  • Foster strong relationships with public security forces and national authorities
  • Act as the senior security lead during emergency or crisis response

Who You Are:

  • A senior-level security leader with significant experience managing complex environments
  • Adept at leading large, diverse, and remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Skilled in security risk assessment, mitigation, and policy implementation
  • Experienced working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing operational outcomes
  • Technically fluent in physical and digital security solutions
  • Confident using risk management software and delivering board-level reporting
  • Familiar with public-private sector engagement and crisis management best practices
