We are seeking an experienced individual to work in our operations team alongside the Regional operations manager for a designated regional area in the South West of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting financial targets, driving operational excellence, and leading the strategic direction of operational teams. Building strong client relationships, identifying innovative solutions, and maintaining employee engagement are key aspects of this role. Main Responsibilities Conduct monthly reviews to analyse regional performance Schedule employees and manage staffing needs Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement Maintain financial accuracy and manage performance Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments The ideal candidate will have a strong background and prior experience in security or commercial contract management as a site supervisor or regional supervisor and have experience in managing members of staff within a team. Experience in project management, health and safety compliance, and line management is essential. Integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills are also crucial to this role. A UK driving license and a five‑year work history are required. Applicants must be able to provide a full 5‑year checkable work or back to school history. Additional information This role is based at home, you will be expected to attend Company and Client locations in the proper performance of this job. Noting this is a regional role with travel often required around your designated region. It will be necessary to work away from home overnight sometimes and attend social events outside normal working hours. Knowledge, Skills and Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a team supervisor role within a sizeable security‑based environment (customer or supplier side) Entrepreneurial and results oriented, with experience working in a fast‑paced dynamic team Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks; proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to exercise excellent decision‑making judgement while working in a fluid and fast‑paced environment Able to work collaboratively at a mid‑management level with leadership team, direct reports and internal / external stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership skills Equality & Diversity ASEL values the diverse skills and experience of its employees and is committed to achieving equality of opportunity for all.
