**Job Title: Regional Operations Manager - Security**

**Contract: Full Time**

**Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with nights and weekends as required**

**Location: London - _Applicant must have the right to work in the UK_**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will:

- Manage a regional security portfolio in and around London and surrounding areas
- Support our clients site security plans and strategy
- Carry out any necessary recruitment to ensure contractual hours are fulfilled
- Manage a pool of security officers, including scheduling, holidays, HR, performance and support
- Have the day to day responsibility for quality performance on the various contracts with respect to security
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contracts and ensure compliance with the contract specifications
- Respond to any reasonable request of the company or client
- Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints

**About You**:

- You will have more than 2 years operational management experience within the security sector
- Have a good understanding of health and safety compliance
- Ability to use scheduling and recruitment platforms effectively
- Be a good communicator
- Able to manage own workload and diary to achieve a high output
- Able to inspire others
- Committed to training and development
