We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and tech-savvy
Partnership and New Business Sales Manager
to drive growth and build meaningful partnerships across multiple sectors from research and engineering to manufacturing and academia.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for new business and partnerships within the HPC and cloud space.

Hit (and exceed) annual sales targets through both direct and partner-led opportunities.

Identify and engage potential clients and strategic partners across diverse industries.

Build strong, lasting relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and end-users.

Manage your own robust sales pipeline and lead complex, high-value sales cycles.

Work with technical teams to create tailored solutions that solve real client challenges.

Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Represent the company at conferences, events, and networking forums.

Report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and strategic progress.

What you'll bring

4–5 years of proven success in B2B sales ideally in HPC, cloud computing, or enterprise IT.

A solid understanding of HPC technologies (clusters, GPUs, parallel computing, cloud HPC) is a big plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management experience.

Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.

A self-motivated, proactive approach with strong organisation and time management skills.

A results-driven mindset and professional presence that inspires trust.
