Job Description

We're looking for a Product Proposition Development Administrator to join our Workplace Savings team

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping market-leading, compliant product propositions that support our Defined Contribution (DC) and Workplace Savings vision. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market
• Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products, propositions and regulatory changes
• Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch
• Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes
• Contributing to IGC, Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes
• Managing the Product Hub SharePoint site to ensure content is accurate and accessible
• Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team
• Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• A 2:1 degree in any discipline
• Curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Knowledge of Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations (desirable)
• Awareness of market dynamics and trends in the Workplace Savings space (desirable)
• A passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer support
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
• Experience in a provider, asset manager or EBC environment with an understanding of corporate client needs (desirable)
