This is a seasonal role to help our clients through the festive period, but we are actively seeking long-term team members. After a successful 6-month probation, you'll transition to a guaranteed permanent contract.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you'll deliver essential, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

  • Hands-on Support: Personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility assistance
  • Companionship: Emotional support and meaningful connection
  • Documentation: Accurate and confidential care records
  • Travel: Safely driving between client homes across East Devon

No previous care experience is required — we provide full, paid training

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Reliability and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 7am–10pm (including alternate weekends)
  • Essential: Valid UK driving licence & reliable car
  • Bonus: Health & Social Care qualifications (NVQ/Diploma Level 2/3) — or we'll help you achieve them
