Flexible Working Patterns Shifts typically run between 7 am and 10 pm, including alternate weekends. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Community Carer, you will deliver essential, person‑centred care, promoting the independence and dignity of our clients. Hands‑on Support: Assisting with personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, and helping with mobility. Companionship: Providing emotional support and meaningful connection during your visits. Documentation: Keeping accurate and confidential records of care delivered. Eligibility & Requirements Right to Work in the UK – no sponsorship available. Valid driving licence and reliable car. A truly caring and compassionate nature. Reliability and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts between 7 am‑10 pm, including alternate weekends. Additional Qualifications Health & Social Care qualifications (NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3) are a plus – we can help you achieve them.
