Job Description:

247 Property Scotland Limited is one of Ayrshires most established letting Agents.

We are looking for a branch manager.

The correct applicant must have a track record in property and an in depth understanding of the Ayrshire market.

The successful applicant must understand the key elements of running a modern letting agency with an understanding of social media and marketing opportunities.

They will be responsible for new business and be able to form good relationships with new and existing landlords while coordinating repairs and maintenance of their properties.

They will be supported by the area manager and company Director as well as the other office staff admin team and finance team.

An understanding of a letting management programme is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing letting agency manager or an experienced letting agent looking to take the next step into management.

There is an attractive, performance linked bonus system which is paid monthly.
