Lettings Negotiator

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Capable of managing their workload independently.
  • A car owner with a valid driving license.
  • Experienced in the workplace (5+ years).
  • Genuinely interested in property.
  • Familiar with account/bookkeeping (preferred but not essential).

Your Role:

As a Lettings negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing rental applications.
  • Managing maintenance orders for residential lettings.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conducting check-out and inventory reports.
  • Taking property photos and creating floor plans.
  • Chasing rent and landlord payments.
  • Handling bank reconciliation.
  • Booking annual safety assessments for managed properties.
  • Discussing and selling additional services to landlords and tenants, such as rent guarantee insurance and rent increase services.

Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week:
  • Week 1: Monday to Friday
  • Week 2: Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week)
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
