Up to £87,250 Package

Job Details:

  • Children's Home Regional Manager
  • Working for a national organisation that specialise in residential and education support and care to children and young people
  • Covering a region based in the East Midlands / South Yorkshire
  • As the Regional Manager, you will become the RI for 7 homes
  • Homes are based in Nottingham (x5), Sheffield (x1), Rotherham (x1)
  • The homes support children and young people with EBD and LD
  • Homes are rated GOOD or Outstanding by OFSTED

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible Individual registration
  • The Regional Manager will line manage all Registered Managers in your region
  • The Regional Manager will ensure all homes meet OFSTED and company standards
  • Manage, recruit, and develop the staff team
  • Work alongside the HR and SMT teams
  • Lead on safeguarding concerns
  • Lead on budget management

Contract Details:

  • Full time, permanent contract
  • Monday-Friday
  • Up to £65,000
    • £5,000 starting bonus
    • £3,600 car allowance
    • up to 21% of your salary in bonuses, up to £13,650
  • Package total = Up to £87,250

Requirements Details:

  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Drivers
  • Experience in a multi-site management role
  • Ideally Responsible Individual experience
  • Proven track record of GOOD or Outstanding OFSTED reports
