Salary up to £55,000, plus bonus potential (OTE up to £71,500), plus £3,600pa car allowance

We are working with a leading provider of childrens residential homes on their need for a Regional Manager for their 9 services within the North East. All homes have a Good or Outstanding rating currently Ofsted rating of 'Good'.
This role will involve working closely with the senior management team and other departments within the organisation to ensure high performance, quality service and that care delivery is the best possible available to support to children and young people.
The Role
The role will including acting as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
Act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
Ensure the provision of quality services
Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections.
Essentials
The region consists of 9 homes currently - Its ESSENTIAL that yo have multi site management experience
All homes within the region are Good or Outstanding so you will need experience of running Good or Outstanding homes,
You will also need to have experience of OFSTED regulations and a background in residential children & young peoples care.
You must have a relevant Level 5 qualification
you must have a valid UK driver licence and access to a vehicle you can use for business purposes
This role may suit someone who has previously worked at a Regional Level in Children's Care or Leaving Care (16+), someone who has turned around an inadequate home to Good or Outstanding, or someone who has mentored new managers.
