Our Founders' Office team work closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with the founders to drive and deliver high-priority & high-impact projects
  • Break down ambiguous problems, create structure & move initiatives from idea to execution
  • Analyse product data to identify opportunities & help design, launch, and optimise features
  • Drive operational improvements across the business
  • Support growth initiatives across markets, including community, brand & affiliate efforts
  • Identify opportunities for AI & automation and work with engineering to implement solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to accelerate progress

What you'll need

  • 3–7 years of experience in a VC-backed startup, top-tier consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or a bulge-bracket investment bank
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Highly organised and able to navigate information across the entire company
  • Analytical and structured, with strong problem-solving skills and a good eye for quality
  • Business-fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Ideally an expat (or previous expat) based in London or open to relocating
