As a Sr. Program Manager, Marketing Ops, you will play a critical role in driving high-priority marketing initiatives from planning through execution. You'll serve as a connective tissue between strategic marketing leads, PMMs, strategy, channel owners, and creative teams—owning program timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects land on time and on brief. You will ensure that programs are set up for success, roadblocks are resolved quickly, and leadership has visibility into progress and risks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves orchestrating cross-functional work, and is passionate about an organized delivery of exceptional brand and product moments at scale.

What You Will Do- Program Setup & Execution Readiness:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies (e.g. Agile for workflows, Waterfall for large launches) and processes, ensuring their consistent application across all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations to ensure marketing programs are clearly scoped, resourced, and aligned across creative, channel, and product stakeholders. Partner with your counterpart in the US to deliver cohesive plans.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established governance frameworks, including clear roles, responsibilities, decision points, and escalation paths.
- Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic marketing programs (e.g., product launches, campaigns, brand moments), partnering with channel leads (Ecomm, Social, PR, Retail, Blog, Media, etc), creative, and product marketing.
  • Translate high-level strategies into integrated, actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and milestones.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and lead regular check-ins to track progress, surface risks, and drive decisions.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing and creative leads, helping connect dots across programs and anticipate downstream needs.
  • Facilitate key meetings, manage action items, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure each project passes through the appropriate gates prior to moving to the next phase, or work proactively with the appropriate teammates to unblock the project in a timely manner.

  • Strategic Program Support

  • Partner with strategy and brand teams in the early phases of program planning to scope timelines, define workstreams, and identify required resources.

  • Help prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment between short-term execution and long-term brand goals.
  • Act as an advocate for smart, sustainable marketing execution—balancing speed, quality, and clarity.
  • "Mission Control" & Reporting:

  • Serve as the central point of visibility for in-flight programs, keeping leadership informed and surfacing blockers or risks early.

  • Implement and maintain robust project tracking systems and dashboards that offer clear visibility into project progress, risks, and resource allocation across the marketing portfolio.
  • Maintain the single source-of-truth for the roadmap calendar of all marketing projects.
  • Develop and present concise, to-the-point project reports, distilling complex information into actionable insights for leadership.

  • Tooling & Standardization:

  • Manage and optimize marketing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet), ensuring adoption and effective utilization across the team.

  • Develop, maintain, and champion the use of standardized project templates and standard operating procedures (e.g., briefs, production schedules, creative request forms) to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement & Support:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the marketing organization.

  • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for project management and workflow adherence.
  • Foster a culture of clear communication, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in global project management, with a significant portion specifically within a Marketing Operations or in-house marketing team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding and experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in a tech company or fast-paced, high-growth (particularly international expansion) environment is highly desirable.
  • Deep Marketing Organization Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from strategy development to campaign execution and asset production across various channels (e.g., digital, social, PR, creative, brand).

  • Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a strong plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional Organization: Possesses superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to project planning and execution.
  • Proactive & Driven: Self-starter with a strong ability to drive projects independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Master Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex project details into concise, actionable updates for all levels, from project teams to executive leadership.
  • Collaborative Partner: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse teams, including strategy, creative, and channel leads.
  • Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and priorities inherent in a growing tech company.
