What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Sales Ops Program Manager to support our fast-growing EMEA region. In this highly visible role, you will provide data-driven insights and help build/refine operational processes to support our Sales leaders to achieve key goals and develop new business strategies. You will focus on solving important operational issues and gain insight into strategic decision-making establishing relationships across several teams.

You will report into the EMEA Revenue Operations Director and will work with our International Sales teams in EMEA, LATAM and APAC and our teams in the US.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • You will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of sales performance insights: dashboards, revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, segmentation and account assignments, Business reviews, win rates, etc.
  • You will support on design and execution work during Annual Planning activities
  • You will experiment with the latest AI solutions to improve sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and scale best practices across teams.
  • Be the main contact and subject matter expert for the International Sales organization on all matters related to sales processes and tools.
  • Improve the Salesforce CRM by creating a more efficient system through enhancements.
  • You will bridge the gap between the technical teams and the business.
  • You will assist in the continuous improvement of different Sales practices: Rules of Engagement, target setting, territory allocation.
  • Identify, design and execute sales process improvement based on data observations (pipeline management, forecasting, planning…) to achieve business growth goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across International on driving process efficiency by implementing structured methodology to increase insights, productivity & revenue growth

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • You will have experience in an analysing sales process and suggesting/implementing solutions.
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales / Revenue Operations roles in a high-growth SaaS business.
  • You will have experience in working with Senior stakeholders to understand their painpoints, be solution oriented and deliver improvements
  • You have experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the sales tool stack that helps increase productivity.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, , dashboards and reporting
  • The ability to determine trends through data and propose solutions
  • YExperience with Tableau (or another BI tool), connecting to multiple data sources to create reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration skills working with multiple departments and individuals to reach common solutions that serve revenue growth
