What is the Graduate Management Programme?

The Graduate Management Programme is a 2 year programme open to ambitious graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in hospitality, looking to become our Junior Managers of the future. The "on the job" training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position.

1. Programme focus areas months Rooms Division Training: Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management; Concierge and Duty Management.

2. Programme focus areas months Food and Beverage training: Fine Dining; Restaurant Service; Room Service; Bar and Lounge; Conference and Banqueting; Sommelier Training (if requested).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience within hospitality
  • Completed a University Degree (any industry)
