**Programme Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales: Assist in property viewings, client consultations, and negotiation processes to drive successful sales.
- Lettings: Support the lettings team in property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
- Management: Gain insights into property management practices, including maintenance coordination and tenant relations.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as database management, document preparation, and reporting.
- Finance: Learn about financial aspects including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

**Training & Development**:

- Participate in local training sessions designed to build your knowledge and skills in the sector.
- Complete a range of industry-recognised qualifications to achieve certifications in residential property sales, lettings, and management.
- Engage in regular mentoring and coaching to support your personal and professional growth.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Graduates looking for a career in Real Estate.
- Some experience in customer service or sales would be beneficial.
- Ambitious go-getters with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
