**Package: £20K - £25K basic **(depending on experience) **OTE Year One with bonus £27K+**

Global Insight Conferences is a fun and exciting place to work. Based in Southbank (halfway between London Bridge and London Waterloo), we are a group of passionate, friendly and supportive conference professionals on a mission to produce high-quality, bespoke business conferences, both live and virtual, in the UK and abroad.

We are looking for ambitious people to join our amazing team and help us to grow together From graduates to those who have worked for a few years, all levels of experience will be considered as full training is provided.

**1. **Graduate Trainee Marketing**

As a marketer at GIC, you will be in charge of driving revenue and growth in creative and innovative ways on your own marketing campaigns as you support the marketing director to achieve ambitious goals.

**What will I be learning and spending most of my time on?**
- Writing compelling and irresistible copy and marketing campaigns
- Creating and managing websites, with SEO best practices and performance monitoring
- Building and extracting maximum value from databases
- Sourcing and building relationships with new media and data partners and setting up contra deals
- Working with sponsors, speakers, and partners to promote conferences
- Managing timelines, deadlines, and revenue generation for multiple marketing campaigns
- Collaborating and brainstorming with your team
- Attending events live on the day
2. **Graduate Trainee Conference Coordinator**
As a conference coordinator at GIC, you will play an extremely important role as you are in charge of every organisational and logístical conference detail. From liaising with speakers, sponsors, delegates, and accounts departments, you are the organisational hub of the event
- Planning, administration, executing, and project managing all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad
- Managing event logistics, suppliers, venues, and all things operational from day one of the event
- Collaborating and liaising to hit logistics deadlines
- Delivering outstanding experiences for our customers within allocated budgets
- Researching new venues and onsite experiences
- Maintaining strong client communications and relationship building to deliver sponsorship and exhibition deliverables
- Providing excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests
- Sourcing new suppliers and cost-effective solutions
- Liaising with accounts departments and paying invoices
- Creating post-event customer comms and account management
**3. **Graduate Conference Producer**

Conference production is the best kept secret on the milk round. It’s a rare and unrivalled opportunity to bring together research, interpersonal, creative, marketing, commercial, copywriting, project management, organisational and on-the-day live event skills It’s an extremely important role in the company as you are responsible for researching and writing the products (conferences) we sell and inviting the speakers to join us as well as running the event on the day.
- Researching trends, markets and key audiences - online, on the phone (mainly) and face to face
- Writing content and programmes based on in-depth research into market, audience sentiment and customer needs in varied sectors
- Proactively building a leads database from multiple sources for both research and speaker invitations
- Recruiting the best speakers and case studies per sector
- Collaborating, briefing and overall project management
- Writing compelling and irresistible copy and marketing campaigns
- Running the conference on the day itself in an exciting and live environment (in person and virtually)
**4. **Graduate Sponsorship Executive**

If you like the thrill of the chase, closing a deal and earning high amounts of commission, then this graduate sponsorship sales executive role is the job for you. Finding potential customers, building relationships, nurturing current accounts and selling the benefits of conference sponsorship, exhibitions and networking is an extremely important role in the company and is exceptionally rewarding.
