Integration Managers x 2 London (Hybrid) / Netherlands Remote / Spain Remote

We are seeking 2 x Integration Managers who will work within the DataVault One arm of the business. You will be dealing directly with clients, so for these particular roles we prefer you to be based in London (hybrid working).  However, we will also consider remote working from the Netherlands or Spain. 

What is DataVault One?

We have developed a platform capable of receiving XML and JSON data from operators & game providers, saving it in the correct format required by local regulators in multiple jurisdictions.

What will you be doing?

Youll be responsible for maximizing the value of our product(s) and leading Client Integration and Client Support areas to ensure product success.

You will have a chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel allowing you to demonstrate your valuable skills which will contribute to the companys success.

Your role:

Lead Client Integrations with top-down oversight throughout entire integration to ensure success

Assist the commercial team with product demos and sales meetings

Working with both Commercial and Technical internal teams throughout the product integration and support

Ability to articulate, gather, understand and define integration requirements to both technical and non-technical people

Support the clients post go-live with additional changes or analysis

Working closely with our clients to gather feedback and define the requirements that help shape future product integrations

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements

Responsible for the pre-compliance testing of technical applications, based on a pre-defined set of requirements

Monitor and resolve all client issues efficiently and in a timely manner with a focus on client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications & Education:

A bachelors degree in information and computer science or a related field, or extensive related experience or CSPO certified.

Preferred Skills:

Experience of working in the online gambling sector would be advantageous but applicants from any IT related technical background will be considered

2+ years experience of delivering end-to-end client integrations

Experience working with and managing big-data, API-based products and requirements is a big plus

Knowledge or experience of working for an Accredited Testing Facility (ATF) would be seen as desirable

An understanding of Project Management tools such as Target Process will be required

Demonstrable experience of delivering client integrations in a faced paced technology focused environment

Able to manage multiple integrations simultaneously (size dependent)

Aptitude to work on your own whilst demonstrating initiative but with the ability to form strong relationships and understand the value of being part of, and developing a strong team culture

High level of attention to detail and able to relay complex information in a way that can be easily understood

Proactively manages integration risks

Ability to facilitate technical and planning workshops with clients and project team members

Great client care, negotiating and influencing skills

Excellent English oral, presentation and written communication skills (Being multilingual is an advantage
