The TeamThe HR team sit at the heart of the Casbah group providing a full range of core HR services. An environment that emboldens, equips and inspires entrepreneurialism and allows us to connect often and meaningfully.The JobReports to:Head of HRThe Payroll and HR Administrator supports the wider HR team and company by providing swift and accurate administration and processing, keeping everything running smoothly in the background. You will manage the HR mailbox, answering queries and helping colleagues with day to day issues.You'll be the on the front line, helping and advising colleagues, so a 'customer first' approach will be vital. You will play a key role in HR's ambition to build a reputation for speed, accuracy, knowledge, and ease to work with. You'll manage the monthly payroll administration, ensuring accuracy when inputting changes and updates, building a key relationship with the Group Financial Controller.You will be the Head of HR's right-hand person, providing day to day and administrative support.Key Areas of ResponsibilityManaging HR query mailbox – you will manage the busy HR mailbox, making sure all queries are dealt with swiftly in line with SLAs. You will be responsible for escalating any matters which need the attention of the Head of HR.Payroll and Pension Administration – Taking ownership of the UK payroll administration and processing, ensuring changes are actioned in a timely and accurate manner and that an auditable record of instructions are kept, answering any staff payroll queries.Management of Employee Lifecycle processes –including new starter and right to work checks along with exit paperwork and arrangements.Contracts and Communications – you will draft contracts, contract amendments, references, employee information and changes.Benefits Administration – managing access to our suite of employee benefits, including helping people understand the offering and getting them signed up.Holiday and Sickness records – monitoring recording of sickness, holidays and other types of leave across the group and promoting use of the HR plaform.Data and Records – maintenance of consistent, complete and compliant databases in line with local data security requirements.Recruitment Administration – supporting recruitment and selection through scheduling interviews, assessments and managing candidates.Reporting – providing regular and ad hoc information as requested by the Head of HR or wider agency.ClientsProviding exceptional 'customer first' service to all internal customers.CommercialWorking to agreed processes and proactively identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient.TeamWork closely with the HR and the Front of House team to provide a seamless, end to end experience.What Success Looks LikeConsistently positive stakeholder feedbackAll processes discharged to a high quality, auditable standard100% queries addressed or responded to within 24 hoursQuality and completion of all data sources is >99%Consistent achievement of deadlines and KPIsAchievement of development goals and continuous professional development.You'll Likely Need These Specialist SkillsExperience delivering Payroll and HR administrationDemonstrable experience delivering high levels of service quickly and accuratelyHigh levels of discretionSome knowledge in a number of key areas of HR management, eg talent, engagement and performance, reward and employee relationsCollation and presentation of HR dataEveryone at Exposure Should HaveExperience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentA flair for communicationAttention to detail and tenacity in following upGreat stakeholder management skillsA great attitudeStrong cultural interests
