- Prepare and update payroll and contractor 2 year rolling forecast on a quarterly basis
- Update payroll excel with monthly payroll costs including allocations of NIC for --UK and overseas payroll
- Update contractor excel with monthly costs and responsibility for all required accruals
- Actual payroll allocations and monthly payroll journals across all group companies
- Maintaining and posting monthly payroll related costs to include pensions, gym, medical and cycle to work scheme and ensuring all balances are reconciled monthly
- Annual P11d reporting
- Preparation of group PSA reporting to include review on monthly taxable costs
- Application of new PAYE schemes when onboarding new clients
- Calculation of holiday pay and leave entitlement
- Preparation of employment contracts and employee reference letters
- Calculation of statutory payments, e.g. maternity pay, sick pay, paternoty pay
- Calculation of pension contributions, and monthly submissions to appropriate pension provider

Training will be provided during the course of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,126.00-£33,520.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- London, N13 4XS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
