Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Energy Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advising clients on energy solutions, promoting sustainable practices, and driving business growth through effective client engagement. Duties

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive business-to-comsumer (B2C) sales through outreach, presentations, and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-installation, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting energy consumption.
  • Organise appointments and manage schedules effectively to optimise client engagement opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in negotiation, B2C sales, or customer service roles within the energy or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and site assessments.
  • Previous experience in the energy consultancy field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates committed to learning about energy solutions.
