Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Birmingham. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a specific region, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, meeting sales targets, managing sales teams, and building a door to door sales team.

  • Sales, Business Development, Account Management skills
  • Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Data Analysis skills
  • Strategic Planning, Target Setting, and Sales Strategy skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Experience managing a door to door sales team is a must.
