Role Description
The role of the Sales Support Executive is to support the senior sales managers within Experienced Energy Solutions (EES). The role is responsible for supporting on both new and existing business and includes all associated system management. The role requires a close working relationship with suppliers and Sales managers within EES.
The role holder needs to have good working knowledge of CRM systems to provide tender information and prices to the customer as well as keeping up to date documentation and ensuring efficient storage.
This position is of strategic importance, and the role requires an experienced individual who can demonstrate a high level of organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative to meet deadline.

Duties and responsibilities:
· Responsible for validating data and tenders
· Tendering prices to market
· Prioritising incoming workloads.
· Ensuring data entry and validation is completed within timescales
· Chasing suppliers outside SLAs
· Ensure prices are delivered within time scale with a high level of accuracy and minimum error.
· Understanding the end-to-end customer journey.
· High level understanding of the Sales Process
· Effective and organised use of Admin Systems to store documents appropriately.
· Organisation of the day-to-day pipeline.
· Communication with the team about ongoing deals status
· Keeping track of the registration report and communicating and logging any objections that may occur.
Maintaining awareness of industry and company knowledge.
· Responsible for one drive- data input ensuring data is saved appropriately and is kept up to date
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in managing client data and maintaining sales records effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and ensuring a consistent client-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in a sales support or client support role is beneficial but not mandatory
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A background or demonstrated interest in energy, sustainability, or related fields will be an advantage
Employment Benefits:

Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week. (Mon-Fri 9-5) with 30 mins lunch break each day (Not formal with lunch at all but contractually that's how it works)

Holiday Entitlement:
EES offer 21 days annual leave + bank holidays and also offer an additional days holiday for 'Birthday' leave.
o If an employee birthday falls on a weekend, the employee can select either the Friday/Monday before and after to have as their allocated birthday leave.
