We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Residential Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and thriving independent estate agency in Orpington. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to progress your career in property sales, working within a supportive team and a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Generating leads for market appraisals
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors
  • Assisting the sales process from offer to completion 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in estate agency sales
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
