Senior Talent Specialist – Private Sector & International Markets

Hybrid | Ireland / Northern Ireland | Full-time

Now, we're looking for a
Senior Talent Specialist
to join our expanding international team. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who loves search, thrives on delivery, and wants to be part of building something that scales across multiple markets.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Lead international delivery
    : Take client briefs and turn them into targeted search strategies. Build pipelines across industries and time zones. Keep the wheels turning.
  • Source & engage candidates
    : You'll be hunting for the high-calibre talent that doesn't apply to job ads. Outreach, screening, assessment — end-to-end.
  • Support client growth
    : You'll help Conscia expand internationally, delivering exceptional service and finding opportunities for account growth.
  • Drive operational excellence
    : Use data, AI tools, and smart processes to scale delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate
    : Work with Managing Partners, consultants, and client teams. Communicate clearly, problem-solve fast, and help plan international campaigns.

Basically:
you deliver results, improve the process, and keep everyone happy along the way.

About You

  • You've done
    recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition
    before.
  • You excel at
    search, sourcing, and candidate engagement
    , especially for niche, senior, or international roles.
  • You're
    delivery-focused
    and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • You thrive in a
    small, high-performing team
    where autonomy is rewarded.
  • You're
    curious, proactive, collaborative
    , and can communicate clearly with clients and colleagues across markets.
  • Bonus points if you have
    experience in international markets
    , but it's not essential.
  • You bring
    energy and positivity
