Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
~ Fully remote role
~3 Month FTC initially, ideally moving to permanent

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our high-performing teams. You’ll be sourcing top-tier talent across Software Development, Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, with a strong focus on candidates holding SC clearance.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of tech consulting by connecting brilliant minds with transformative projects.

Source and recruit candidates with expertise in Software Development (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Nodejs), Azure, AWS, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, BA, and PM etc
Identify and engage security-cleared professionals (SC) via job boards, social platforms, and industry events
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices

Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or in a similar Technical Talent Acquisition role.
Strong understanding of Software Development, cloud technologies (Azure & AWS), and delivery functions (Testing, BA, PM).
Experience recruiting candidates within the public sector or with security clearance highly regarded.
