Company Description

Prime London is an independent central London Estate, Letting and Asset Management agency. The company represents clients across a spectrum of properties in the mid-higher end of the market, and represents both individuals and institutional investors.

The company remains fully owned internally, owns both of its premises and has a team given the freedom and personal responsibility to make the best of their opportunities. With its strong organic growth and the number of clients ever increasing, there is now a requirement for a Valuation and Marketing Coordinator at our Central office, reporting to The Head of Valuations.

Key Role Responsibilities

Mailing potential clients from our software

Respond to emails from potential/existing clients

Arrange access to properties

Visit concierges to build relationships

Follow up with potential clients.

Add new properties:

Enter all property and owner information

Create floor plans

Take photos of properties where necessary

Edit and add photos

Follow up with clients

Research:

Source documents and market data, harvest relevant information, and report back to the Head of Valuations

Scan the news for interesting and related press

Mailings:

Retrieve and compile address details from relevant sources

Take the letters/text supplied and send high volume communications

Desired skills:

People skills

Excellent ability to communicate via writing, as well as in person

Ability to both focus and multitask efficiently

Flexibility

Organisation

Computer literate (Excel, Word, and Photoshop knowledge is a plus, however full training is given)

Attention to detail

Problem solving

Works independently without constant supervision

Desire to learn and grow

Needless to say - full training on all the above and oversight will be given
