Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Production Department Manager you will be responsible for operating multiple assets and directing and supervising colleagues to meet our customer demand. You will ensure that the assets are running to safety and quality standards set through the KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of multiple machines to deliver required business output and OEE target with all aspects of quality and food safety, including CCPs.
• SIC and Giveaway understanding, control and delivery.
• Basic maintenance of equipment in AOR, cooperation with engineering
• Training of new starters and others to the required standard
• Driving process improvements within their AOR
• Ensure Food Safety and H&S understanding and compliance in area of responsibility (AOR)
• Ensure the efficient operation of the AOR, communicate any issues and variations to plan/performance to the Department Manager.
• All other responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operative

• Strong mechanical and process understanding skills.
• Self-Motivated and Driven
• Good organisational and time-keeping skills
• Can demonstrate a collaborative working style and is a team player.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Competent Operator in all facets of your AOR
• Has the ability to troubleshoot problem solve.

Shift pattern:

We operate a nights only shift pattern from 6pm to 6am. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you will work as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
