We operate mainly throughout west Sussex but may on occasion need to travel further. In order to meet the expectations of our customers we require technicians to live within the West Sussex area.

Job description

You will be visiting clients in their homes and business premises providing:

Carpet cleaning

Upholstery and fabric cleaning

Rug cleaning

Stone floor restoration and polishing

Tile & grout cleaning

Stain removal techniques

Application of products

Experience of one or more of these services is preferred. Experience in the floor restoration or cleaning industry would be helpful but not essential as full training provided.

Your role will be a Floorcare technician

Predominantly cleaning carpets, but will be required to turn your hand to other areas of the business whenever required such as upholstery & rug cleaning as well as hard floor cleaning.

You'll need to have the following attributes

Carpet cleaning experience

Smart in appearance

Physically fit – role offered is a manual job which includes lifting and carrying equipment as well as lifting and moving furniture.

Able to work unsupervised and use your own initiative

Great communication skills.

Attention to detail with a strong work ethic.

Motivated and driven by results.

Desire to exceed expectations.

Honest and professional in conduct.

Flexible approach.

Legally able to drive a 3.5t van

Keen to go the extra mile when needed

Reside in the West Sussex area, preferably within a 15-mile radius of Chichester

This is a permanent position predominantly Monday to Friday but a flexible approach to working hours is needed as our work involves travel during working day and occasional evening and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
