Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls & processing Customer orders & enquiries, including sample requests.
Processing orders and Customer Acknowledgments.
Liaising with our Logistics dept. and coordinating despatch of goods, to include export document preparation.
Liaise and co-ordinate within other operational areas of the business.
Preparing quotations as and when required.
Support both Internal and External sales personnel.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Have a knowledge of Sage 500 (would be an advantage).
Reliable and willing to learn.
Naturally organised and able to work as part of a busy team.
As we export more than 70% of our products, knowledge of other European languages and a willingness to learn would be an advantage
