Service Manager

Job Role

To install and maintain FMH Conveyors range of products on Customer sites in accordance with customer's needs and requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites to install and maintain all FMH conveyors range of products.
  • Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Duravant Group whenever necessary.
  • Train customers on the use of equipment
  • Train customer technicians on service and maintenance of the equipment.
  • To carry out all jobs in a safe way, ensuring adherence to Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments
  • To complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works.
  • Ensure compliance with all associated standards.
  • Complete expenses reporting in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Maintain a record of time worked, time for travel, etc.
  • Strive to exhibit Duravant Core Values.

Additional Information

The role can be physically demanding with heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing and being on your feet for a good proportion of the day. This role includes working inside a boom and therefore within a confined space.
