We're seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer to lead Google Workspace implementation and migration projects. You'll take ownership of planning, delivery, and post-deployment support across Workspace and GCP, working directly with clients to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.

The role combines hands-on technical delivery with light presales support, helping shape solutions, define scope, and advise clients on best practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver end-to-end Google Workspace deployments and data migrations.
  • Configure and optimise Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat and admin console settings.
  • Manage routing, DNS, domain verification, user provisioning and OUs.
  • Provide technical insight on sales calls and help shape project scope.
  • Troubleshoot complex migration and Workspace issues.
  • Run admin training and ensure clients get maximum value from Workspace.
  • Build scripts and automation to streamline deployment processes.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years delivering Google Workspace migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workspace admin, DNS, email protocols and core networking.
  • Confident communicator able to explain technical detail clearly.
  • Google Workspace and/or Google Cloud certifications strongly preferred.
