Join a leading global consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation. We're seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a growing Architecture team.

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will:

  • Support the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines (beyond ITSM).
  • Support with the translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
  • Guide technical teams, ensuring high standards through code reviews, architectural governance, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, integration strategies, and platform enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends including GenAI, cloud infrastructure, and automation to drive platform innovation.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Experience across at least 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SAM).
  • Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority capacity.
  • Bonus: GenAI exposure, ITILv4 certification
  • Must be SC Eligible (UK Security Clearance)
