In your role as Technical Consultant, you will contribute to our vision of Customer Success:

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers to assess and design technical rollout and launch plans for Staffbase
  • You are a key member of the Consulting team with a technical background and competencies in development, integration, solution architecture, and security
  • Lead technical discovery workshops to evaluate security, structural, and business requirements

    Develop scalable and flexible solutions based on customer needs
  • Advise on system integrations with platforms like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP
  • Guide customers on best practices for leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs
  • Collaborate with Technical Specialists to customize applications to match corporate branding

    Oversee and execute technical projects from planning to implementation
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product teams to advocate for customer needs

What you need to be successful

  • You love strategically working with clients and driving technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences
  • You have excellent presentation skills for presenting both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts
  • Good knowledge of web development, preferably knowledge of HTML/CSS and at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java, PHP, or NodeJS
  • Comfort using the command line or application logs to narrow down issues with technical integrations
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting integrations using command line or application logs
  • You have experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT executives and organizations
  • Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across multiple teams
  • 3 years working experience in consulting, professional services, or sales engineering
  • Strong time management skills to handle technical projects with fixed deadlines
