• Provide general administrative support to the EMEA Facilities Operations Senior Manager.

• Order office snack supplies.

• Order general office supplies.

• Ensure related receipts are submitted promptly to Accounts Payable.

• Issue and terminate access control passes.

• Support meeting room queries and coordinate lunch orders when required.

• Liaise with office contractors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).

• Assist with health and safety tasks such as first aid box checks and administrative coordination of Fire

• Warden and First Aider training.

• Update and maintain the online filing system for Facilities documentation.

• Personable, well-presented and approachable, with a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Able to manage their own workload and handle conflicting priorities.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.

• Strong communication skills with a professional and helpful manner.
