One of the world's leading network media agencies are currently looking for a senior digital leader to join their team and oversee a regional performance media hub supporting one of Europe's largest consumer brands.

The role will be leading digital activation across 34 markets, driving excellence in performance media, digital transformation, and operational consistency.

The Role


• Lead regional digital activation and ensure best-in-class delivery across social, programmatic and ecommerce


• Align digital strategy and execution with client business priorities and commercial targets


• Manage multi-market performance programmes, driving efficiency, innovation, and results


• Collaborate closely with global account leadership across EMEA and North America


• Manage and mentor a specialist team of c.55, including 30 digital experts and a 25-person delivery centre


• Own regional performance media P&L and oversee scope delivery across all markets


• Set the performance agenda, ensuring channel best practice, optimisation, and measurable impact on KPIs


• Lead senior client stakeholder engagement across media, creative, analytics and market cluster teams


• Maintain strong partnerships with major digital platforms to accelerate innovation


• Contribute to internal capability development as part of the wider performance leadership community

Your Profile


• 10+ years digital media experience, with deep expertise in performance channels (search, social, programmatic, display, ecommerce)


• Track record delivering multi-market performance operations and transformation programmes


• Strong understanding of digital activation principles, KPI setting, optimisation and measurement


• Comfortable engaging both strategic client leaders and technical specialists


• Proven team leadership experience, including developing and scaling specialist talent


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills


• Data-literate, commercially aware, and able to work at pace with senior stakeholders


• Hands-on knowledge of campaign setup, QA, finance process, reporting and insight generation


• Familiar with bid-management platforms, audience strategies, brand safety and fraud controls
