Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our Technical & Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company's IT systems.
- Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure.
Project Management:
- Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Security and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide technical support for staff and resolve escalated IT issues.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent system downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in IT management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
